Processing and Shipment:
Orders received before 3 PM, Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3 PM will be processed
the next business day. We will give you a call and send you an email to confirm your order, shipping cost and delivery date.
(Shipment cost varies depending on the weight of orders.)
We deliver through UPS and DHL. If you wish to use another courier, please indicate in your order email.
Local Shipment:
Please allow 1-3 business days from the day of confirmation for delivery.
International Shipment:
Please allow 2-5 business days from the day of confirmation for delivery.
Express Delivery:
Express delivery is also available at additional cost. Please indicate in your order email that you wish to avail of
Express Delivery. Express Delivery is delivered the Same Day or Next Business Day.
Made-to-Order and Bulk Orders:
Please allow sufficient lead time for production and preparation for made-to-order items and for bulk orders, and a separate
lead time for shipping.
Bulk Orders of Vests and Basketball Uniforms:
For 50 pieces below, please allow 1 week for delivery (includes preparation and shipping). For 50-199 pieces or
more, please allow 2 weeks. For 200-500 pieces or more, please allow 3 weeks.
